At Buzz, we offer a Drug Patch Testing Service delivered by trained members of our team, with laboratory analysis carried out by our testing partner, Lextox. This provides discreet, reliable testing to support child safety and court requirements.
Drug Patch testing is a non-invasive drug patch that collects sweat to monitor drug use continuously while the patch is worn. The testing is lab tested with clear written results, and a full chain of custody is maintained, making it suitable for court use where required.
How drug patch testing works
A small patch is applied to the upper arm by trained staff at Buzz. The patch is comfortable and designed to stay in place while you go about normal daily activities.
- The patch is worn continuously for up to 10 days at a time
- During this time, it collects sweat from the skin, which can contain traces of drugs if they have been used
- After the monitoring period, the patch is removed and sent to a specialist laboratory for testing
- Results are provided in a clear written report
Drug Patch testing can be used as a one-off test or as part of a longer monitoring programme (for example 30, 60 or 90 days).
